Dr. Lance move to the US Virgin Islands and started practice in 2008. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and fell in love with his wife Tammi in Chiropractic School and relocated back to her childhood home here in the Virgin Islands. Growing up a waterman, Dr. Lance was easily enchanted by the islands and now calls the VI home and is passionate about the environment and serving the community through his specialized Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care. Not only is Dr. Lance a neck and spine expert, He is also a massage therapist with over 25 years experience. He has worked in Wellness Facilities, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practices, and with College and Professional Sports providing the most effective manual therapy Techniques. Dr. Lance has years of training in all his specialties and considers himself a lifelong student and wellness pioneer.
He was the first Chiropractor to own and operate a 3D X-ray (CBCT) for chiropractic after learning about its use in Italy from a colleague and fellow chiropractic pioneer Dr. Jake Hollowell whom Lance spent hours in a freezing lab studying neck x-rays with taken by their mentor and Blair Chiropractic Master Dr. Tom Forest In Northern California while finishing their Doctoral programs.
